Retail Campaign Coalition Brochure Template
Do you need a material to recruit coalition members to help with the Healthy Stores for a Healthy Community campaign? TEAM Lab has created a coalition brochure template that you can customize with your organization’s information.
The brochure template can be edited in Microsoft Publisher, and will print double-sided on letter size paper (8.5” x 11”).
We have created an example so you can see what the end result can look like. In addition, we have also provided you with a list of potential statements to include in your brochure. The template is customizable, so you can include information from the list of examples or you can include other information relevant to your coalition.
Below are the instructions to download the files and a link to a tutorial that provides step-by-step instructions on how to customize using Microsoft Publisher.
Downloadable Files:

List of Examples to Include in the Brochure – You can incorporate items from this list into the customizable sections of your brochure. This will help tailor the brochure so that it’s more relevant to your campaign strategies and local community.

From Los Angeles to New York, the nation’s largest cities are taking action to restrict e-cigarette use in locations where smoking is already prohibited. Download and display TEAM Lab’s “No Smoking” sign and help protect the public from exposure to secondhand e-cigarette emissions.
The “No Smoking” sign will print on 8.5” x 11” paper and is available in both JPEG and PDF formats. You may also download the sign as a PNG with a transparent background, which is suitable for printing window decals, t-shirts, or other items. Please note that if you intend to transfer the sign onto a decal or t-shirt, you might have to reverse the image. We have also provided a reversed PNG for your convenience.

Yearly TRL Calendar Templates
Based on our 2011 Needs Assessment, 43% of respondents indicated a need for Tobacco Retail License (TRL) materials and even specifically requested calendars that were in different languages.
We have created a Yearly TRL Calendar template just for you! There are two versions: vertical and horizontal layout. You can tailor these calendars to fit the needs of your project. You can change the colors, fonts, language, and imagery.
